     What is Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (MLD) 
 Full body treatment, good for detox and promoting overall wellness, and boosting the immune system. Also, good for the treatment of Fibromyalgia and lyme disease.  
  
Focused MLD treatment on a specific area or limb. Good for swelling and edema associated with injury, post-surgery, or any other conditions that cause swelling such as arthritis. Can also be helpful in treating conditions associated with venous insufficiencies, as well as damaged or missing lymph nodes. 
 
 

                            What is  Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy (MAT)

MAT is a unique hands-on Bodywork system designed to restore function, re-balance, and reeducate the body. It can help in the relief of chronic pain contributing to weak posture, and facilitate the release of trapped nerves from tight muscles, joints and ligaments. This is a mostly clothes-on treatment with passive and active movements being applied, with restorative techniques designed to help eliminate protective muscle guarding due to joint dysfunction. It requires frequent feedback from the client while these techniques are being performed. Sessions are typically scheduled for 90 minutes in order to properly and thoroughly apply the techniques.
